Pre-Registration Policy

Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, January 27. After this date, registrations must be processed on-site at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or email will be accepted after this date. Registrations will not be processed without a completed form and payment information.

NOTE: Those registering onsite for the National Electricity Forum are not guaranteed tickets for the Wednesday or Thursday luncheons. All meal guarantees are made with the hotel prior to the beginning of the forum. Therefore, those registering onsite must wait until the pre-registered guests have been seated.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests received before January 27 will be honored (less a $95 processing fee). Substitutions are accepted at any time. No refunds after January 27 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation by the airline. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.

Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.
